3 Days of the juice cleanse

My friends and i decided to make an experience of the 3 day juice cleanse. For me it was to see if i could 4 days without eating meat and loss weight. I am a meat lover who eats around 300g of meat almost every other day, its expensive and i try to eat as less as i can if i can help myself.
I took my time and read all i could online about this cleanse. The thing i did not like about this cleanse was no coffee and drinking a lot of juice but i was looking forward to it.
I started my cleanse 24 hours before, ate soup and some glutenfri bread, didn't drink coffee, drunk 2.5 l of water. The cleanse has 6 juices, morning shot to start the day , 5 juices to drink during the day, soup for dinner and my 5km walk every day
Day one, was the worst with headaches and constant bathroom visits. At the end i managed to finish the day with some good soup. Unfortunately i did not manage to finish the 6 juices.
Day two was a walk in park and so as day 3 .
After 3 days doing everything right, i lost 2 kgs, one of friends lost 3,6kg and the other lost 2kgs. I also managed to stay away from meat. In conclusion the juice cleanse works.
